FabYOUlarasa is a Jackbox-style party game in the tradition of Fibbage: Enough About
You, and it is free. Set up a host device and your friends join from any mobile or
desktop browser — no app downloads, no accounts, and no reason for the round to stall
while somebody hunts through an app store. It works in the same room and over a video call,
in English or in German.
What it is good for
A how-well-do-you-know-me game for friends
The questions are about the people in the room, so the laughs come from your group
rather than from a writer’s joke. Long-standing friends do surprisingly badly.
A get-to-know-you game for a new team
A remote icebreaker that is actually a game. People learn six real things about each
colleague without anyone having to take a turn talking about themselves.
A two-truths-and-a-lie upgrade
Same instinct, better mechanics: everyone writes a lie at once, everyone votes at
once, and the scoreboard settles who reads the room best.
Make it your game
The prompts you just played are ours. Write your own — about your friends, your
office, your group chat — and host a round nobody else can play. It takes a few
minutes and costs nothing.
Free plan. No credit card. No app for you or your players.
Questions people ask
What is a good “how well do you know me” game to play online?
FabYOUlarasa is built for exactly that: it asks each player questions about
themselves, then asks everyone else to guess the answer among convincing fakes. It is
free and runs in the browser.
Is there a free alternative to Fibbage: Enough About You?
Yes. FabYOUlarasa plays the same way — personal prompts, invented lies, a vote
on which answer is true — and costs nothing. You do not need to own a Jackbox
party pack or install anything.
How many players do you need?
Three to eight works best. Fewer than three and there are not enough lies in play;
more than eight and the voting rounds get long.
Can we play it remotely?
Yes. Share the host screen on a video call and everyone plays along on their own
phone. It is a common choice for remote team icebreakers.
Does everyone need an app?
No. The host opens one page and players join from any browser by typing the room code
or scanning the QR code on the host screen.
In the mood for something else? No Offense is the
fill-in-the-blank joke game, and Split is the money-drop quiz
where every question is a gamble.
